All rooms have a well appointed kitchen, modern bathroom and comfortable lounge area. They also have satellite TV, telephone, electrical appliances: toaster, kettle and air-conditioning. All apartments have a balcony with sea view to the Aegean sea, the beach Lemonakia and the beautiful village of Kokkari.

The Villa Penny is in a 15 min walk from Kokkari, and 25 km from the airport ARISTARCHOS.
Kokkari is on the northern part of the island, in a 10 km distance from the main town. Nestling between two small protective headlands that capture the gaze. The most tourist-friendly and picturesque village on Samos. The people are simple, kind and welcoming.
Wonderful restaurants, several bars, clubs and cafes make Kokkari the most lively and happening place on the island.
The nearby organized pebble beaches of Lemonakia and Tsamadou, each more beautiful than the other, have trees right up to the beach and are frequented by a number of people.
Popular with surfers, because the wind is good. There you can find as well a school for wind surfing.
